Before connecting an exchange
- Create API keys with trading permission only.
- Never enable withdrawal permission on any key used with Leomonk.
- Use IP restrictions where your exchange supports them.
- Start with demo mode or small capital before increasing exposure.
- Review exchange fees, minimum order sizes, and market risk before enabling a bot.

Use Leomonk as a control system, not as a guarantee. Check order status, venue balance, API permissions, and P/L ledger entries regularly. If a page shows uncertainty, pause and review instead of increasing size.
